The Supplier is AMO GROUP LLC-FZ (trading as Fund8). Payments are settled via Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. (“Paysagi”), acting solely as Merchant of Record for transaction settlement purposes. Paysagi is not the supplier of the goods or services. Payment settlement is subject to Paysagi’s Terms of Use, available at https://paysagi.com/terms-of-use/, which are presented to customers during the payment process.

Please note that because payments are handled directly by Paysagi, Fund8 does not share your card details with any other party, as we do not possess them.

4.2 Compliance Partners

We may share Identity Data with third-party verification services used exclusively for KYC/AML screening and background checks.

4.3 Public Blockchain Visibility

Important: You acknowledge that your on-chain activity (such as 10X LP program interactions) is publicly visible on the blockchain. Because blockchain data is immutable, Fund8 cannot delete or alter transaction records once they are confirmed on-chain.
